The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing and managing customer
relationships, technologies and services and driving profitable sales growth within the assigned territory. The
role includes overseeing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and delivery, while
working closely with internal teams. The position requires both market development and hands-on commercial
engagement with clients and partners. For this role, the focus is on the Dutch market, with future expansion
into other European markets.
