You will be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of International Recruiters and ensuring that all operations run according to procedure. This encompasses recruitment activities from North America to Europe to Asia and beyond! You should have experience with Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, and various ATS. You are also expected to contribute to the operational recruitment as the recruiter responsible for high profile and strategic roles. In a nutshell, this role has a bit of the full spectrum from operational to strategic! You will report to the Manager HR Talent Acquisition & Development.
