Position Summary: Providing basic consultation, support and delivery of programs to managers and employees on Absenteeism, Case Management and Performance Management. Acting as first point of contact for managers and employees for requests related to HR policies and programs. General support to the HR Team. This role will report into the HR Director who is leading the HR team of 4 employees. The team is responsible for executing the regional HR strategy, payroll and benefits and supports almost 600 employees.
